An introduction to aviation/private pilot ground school class.

Daedalus Aviation is hosting a introduction to aviation/private pilot ground school class. This class will introduce you to airplanes, airports and to general aviation (the rules, airspace and environment under which they operate). Although there are no required materials for this class, you will get out of it what you put in to it. If you are interested in taking the private pilot written test or in pursuing a pilot’s license then you are strongly encouraged to pick up some of the study materials that will be covered (and available) in class.

This class is perfect for aviation enthusiasts, spouses of pilots and anyone who ever wondered what it takes to become a private pilot.

The date and time the class starts will be announced shortly, keep checking back on this web site. The class will meet for six consecutive weeks. Classes will be held at Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space museum, on the Lowry campus. The class costs $99 dollars and anyone is welcome to join/drop in to the class anytime. The price of the class also includes admission to the air and space museum (what a deal!!).
