HOW TO GET STARTED

To utilize your VA benefits and begin your flight training at Daedalus Aviation follow this simple checklist and contact Daedalus Aviation today at 303-261-4177.

1. Verify your eligibility by calling Veterans Administration at 1-800-GI Bill-1
2. Go to www.gibill.va.gov and fill out the online benefits application (if using the online application skip steps 3 and 4)
3. If you don't have the capability to apply online, you can call Daedalus Aviation at 303-261-4177 and request a hardcopy or a hardcopy of the application can be found at http://www.vba.va.gov/pubs/forms/22-1990(5-09).pdf
4. Make three copies of your completed application
5. Send one copy of your completed application to the St. Louis Office via the USPS

6. Once approved, you will receive a letter of approval
7. Bring the letter of approval to Daedalus Aviation
8. Daedalus Aviation will complete form 22-1999
9. Daedalus Aviation will make a copy of your Private Pilot Certificate and Second Class Medical Certificate
10. Daedalus Aviation will send the completed 22-1999 form, a copy of your private pilot certificate, and a copy of your medical certificate to the St. Louis Office
11. Start Training at Daedalus Aviation
